Why Field Trips?

Life in the shelter can be hard for a pup. In an effort to give our dogs a chance to get more exposure to potential adopters, give them time out of the shelter to develop their social skills, and of course, have more play time we are proud to offer our field trip program. 

Enjoy a day at the beach with a new 4-legged friend, explore new trails, or just spend a day enjoying the company of a furry friend. Field trips are a great way to give a dog a break from the shelter environment and spread some love!

We supply you with a backpack of everything you need for the day: a bag of treats, a water bottle & water bowl, towels and more. You only have to supply the fun!

It has been nearly 10 years since our field trip program started and it is all thanks to the donations made toward this fabulous program!
